Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellation or Rescheduling: All cancellations or rescheduling of a session must take place at least 48 hours (standard business – Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm) before the session. For cancellations or rescheduling made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment, a $50 fee will be payable prior to the next appointment. Note: For payments made prior to the appointment, the $50 will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded. If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs under 24 hours prior to the appointment, the full session fee remains payable in full.
